Marketing Director
Karen Barr, BSW, LSW graduated Delta State University with a Bachelor of Social Work degree in May 6, 1995; licensed May 31, 1995. Karen has served on the MS Chapter of National Association of Social Workers and various community service organizations. Karen worked in the geriatric medical setting including home health and nursing homes prior to her association with Providence Assisted Living facilities. Karen has two children, Taylor and Reed. Karen oversees marketing for all Providence Assisted Living facilities.
Director of Operations
Megan Young Wicker is Director of Operations for all Providence Assisted Living Homes.
Megan, a 2002 graduate of Delta State University, was employed by Cleveland Personal Care in February 2004 as Director of Administrative Services and was promoted to Director of that facility in 2005. In 2009, Megan was named Director of Operations. As Director of Operations, Megan is responsible for the overall daily management and operations of each facility. Megan is married to Eric Wicker and has two daughters, Peyton and Macie Young.
