Pat Gunter
Director
Pat Gunter is a native of Charleston, MS and has been in Batesville as Director of Fairfield since July, 2007. She resides in Batesville with my daughter, Lindsey, who is a senior at Ole Miss. Pat has a Master of Social Work degree and retired with 25 years of State service as Director of the Dept. of Human Services in Yazoo County. Her prior work experience also includes Medicaid commission, Dept. of Corrections, Hospice and the Mental Health field. She enjoys her work and considers her servant leadership at Fairfield a ministry.

Kim Lester
Director
Kim Lester became Director for Cleveland Personal care in May 2009 where she is responsible for the daily operations of the 85 bed Assisted Living Facility in Cleveland MS. Prior to that; she was Director of Administrative Services for 3 years.

Kim is a 2000 graduate of Delta State University and moved to the Cleveland area in 2003. She is an active member of the Mississippi Assisted Living Facility Association of which she serves as secretary on the Legislative and Regulatory Committee.

Kim is married to David Lester and they have two sons.
